Young Surveyor & Properties is a real estate company in Kaduna that exists to make property a decision you can make with confidence, whatever side of the deal you are on.
Our story
A surveyor does not guess. A surveyor measures, confirms and puts a name to the result. We started this firm to bring that same certainty to every part of real estate.
Our tagline is “Everything Real Estate”, and we mean it literally. Sales, land, lettings, management, short-let, marketing, verification, valuation, documentation, advisory and development all sit inside one firm.
That matters because property problems rarely stay in one box. A purchase needs verification and paperwork. A rental needs management. An investment needs a valuation and a plan. When one team handles all of it, nothing falls between the gaps and no one passes the blame.
We work for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors, and we treat each brief the same way: go and see it, check what is claimed, and tell the client the truth about what we found.
